Ground-up UniFi builds at both the Bronx and Queens sites — single vendor end to end, from low-voltage cabling to gateway. A point-to-point wireless bridge unifies the Queens site with its adjacent owned building. ShiftCTRL holds a seat on the Nationwide IT Advisory Board for the organization’s U.S. sites.
The Lang School
On-site UniFi WiFi diagnostic and optimization across two floors at 26 Broadway. Stabilized the wireless plane by isolating five faulty access points oscillating faster than controller policy could converge, retuned transmit power on the survivors, delivered written follow-on recommendations.
Christ Church Bronxville
A year of intermittent UDM Pro disconnections under the combined load of UniFi Network, Protect, Access, and Talk. Root-caused in two on-site sessions, resolved with a written exit report.
Fortress Investment Group
Re-architected the data ingestion and risk-evaluation pipeline for a multi-strategy investment manager. Distributed compute across asset portfolios, loan pools, positions, and asset types — moving the firm off a weekly analysis cycle.
Innovant
Parametric Autodesk Inventor models and a C# .NET drawing-bundler tool for a custom office furniture manufacturer whose Fortune-500 client roster includes Apple, Google, Morgan Stanley, and Redfin. Manual drawing generation collapsed from 8 hours to 10 minutes.
Marathon Asset Management
Built a multi-service trading-reporting system for MiFID II, hardened the data-integration layer for financial reporting, and integrated Bloomberg corporate data into the firm-and-personal-trade compliance monitor.
Silar Advisors LP
Re-architected the risk-management stack to leverage grid computing for pool analysis and model generation, rebuilt the data-ingestion path with strict validation at the boundary, and consolidated cross-department reporting into a centralized web portal.
Waterfall Asset Management
End-to-end design and build of WAM-CAM — a custom C#/.NET asset management platform — with an MS SQL Server ETL substrate consolidating data from multiple vendors and a Jenkins CI/CD pipeline underneath delivery.
Geolux
A full smart-city public-lighting management platform. Georeferenced asset registry, field-operations work-order system, materials and equipment lifecycle, role-based access with audit logging, and contractor-partitioned infrastructure access.
