SERVICE AREA · COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL · NYC HQ

Based in New York City.On-site around the globe.

We’re headquartered in New York City, working with commercial and residentialclients anywhere on Earth — on-site or remote. The New York tri-state area is home turf and the natural lane for on-site work; outside it, we travel wherever the network is. Same engineers either way.

ONE BENCH · ANY GEOGRAPHY

Where we work.

We work everywhere — on-site or remote, no continent excluded. On-site is routine across the New York tri-state area; outside that envelope, we scope the engagement and travel for it. Remote runs anywhere the network reaches.

01

New York tri-state area

NYC · Long Island · Northern NJ · Westchester · Connecticut

Where HQ is, and the natural lane for on-site work. Cabling, rack builds, AP installs, camera commissioning, access-control rollouts, and on-site diagnostics — booked like any local engagement. The 2-hour on-site minimum still applies.

Min on-site2 hours
Lead time1–2 weeks
02

On-site, anywhere else

Northeast · CONUS · international

We travel for the work. Multi-site rollouts, hardware-fail post-mortems, cutovers that need hands in the closet, audits that need the engineer in the room. Scope and schedule are agreed before kickoff and don’t move once work starts.

03

Remote

Anywhere with internet · screen-share + console access

Configuration, design, advisory, root-cause diagnostics, and software work all run remote. The deliverables are identical to the on-site version — written report, runbook, as-builts when applicable. Picked when the work doesn’t need screwdrivers; offered when on-site doesn’t pencil out.

REMOTE · CONSOLE + SCREEN-SHARE

Some work doesn’t need a closet.

Configuration, design, advisory, audit, software — all the engagements where the deliverable is a terminal session and a written report. We’ll fly for hardware. We’ll screen-share for everything else.

What we’ve shipped remote: full UniFi controller rebuilds, multi-site VLAN re-architectures, root-cause console diagnostics, and production software for clients across North America, Europe, and South America.

On-site is on the table everywhere. Remote is on the table for everything that doesn’t need to be on-site. The choice is yours, framed by what the work actually needs.

01

Configuration & cutover

Console rebuilds, firmware patch windows, controller migrations, VLAN re-architecture — done over screen-share with a hands-and-eyes person on your end.

02

Design review & second opinion

You ship us your existing topology, BoM, or proposal from another firm. We mark it up. Useful before signing a six-figure quote.

03

Forensic analysis

Console exports, logs, packet captures — analyzed remote, root-caused in writing. The CCB-class diagnostic without the plane ticket.

04

Custom software

Internal tools, integrations, CAD pipelines, full-stack platforms. Software work has been remote since the late nineties — that part isn’t new.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Where we work, how on-site versus remote actually runs, and the per-visit minimums that come with each. Straight answers below.

Do you actually travel on-site, or is it remote-only?

We travel. The New York tri-state area is home turf and the natural lane for on-site work, but on-site is on the table wherever an engagement calls for it — and remote where that is the better fit. On-site engagements have a 2-hour minimum per visit.

What about engagements outside the tri-state?

On-site outside the tri-state is still on the table — Northeast, CONUS, international, anywhere we’re booked. Those visits carry a 1-day minimum per trip, and the full scope is set on the proposal before kickoff.

How far does your tri-state coverage actually reach?

Five NYC boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island), Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk), Northern New Jersey (the Hudson side — Jersey City through Bergen and Essex), Westchester County, and Connecticut (Fairfield County and the I-95 / Merritt corridor). Inside that envelope, we book like any local engagement.

How do remote engagements actually work?

Screen-share or controller access where available, with a hands-and-eyes contact on your end if hardware needs to move. We use the tools your team already has — Zoom, Slack, SSH, console exports — and close out with the same written report we’d hand you in person.

Have you actually done international work?

Yes. Smart-cities software for Geolux (Brazil), platform work for clients in the UK, multi-vendor advisory across North America. Mostly remote because that’s what the work needed; on-site is on the table when the engagement calls for it.

What time zones do you operate in?

New York time (ET) is the anchor. We schedule across time zones for design reviews, cutovers, and incident windows. Emergency response for managed-services clients is 24-hour SLA on the upper tiers regardless of zone.

SCOPE A VISIT

Tell us where it lives. We'll tell you how we'd build it.

Tell us where it is and what’s going on there — a new build, a mess you inherited, or a network nobody currently owns. The proposal that comes back spells out the engineering, the equipment, and the schedule, so you see the plan before you sign.
