On partner engagements we own the design, the documentation, and the client relationship. Partner firms come in for the work that fits their lane — cabling, AV, electrical, RF survey, install crews on long days. Everyone works from the same plan, with scope and boundaries agreed in writing up front.
There is no membership fee, no exclusive contract, and nothing to sign at the application stage. When we engage a partner firm on a specific project, scope, price, and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts — and either side can pass on any individual project.
Specialty firms whose work complements ours on enterprise jobs. We’re not looking for general contractors or full network shops — we lead the network design ourselves. We’re looking for crews that do one thing extremely well.
Cat6/6a/fiber pulls, terminations, dressing, certification testing. Owner-led shops with licensed installers, current insurance, and the ability to read a cable schedule.
Conference rooms, digital signage, distributed audio, video walls. Brands and certifications matter less than tidy install discipline and an as-built habit.
UniFi Protect, Avigilon, Axis, Hanwha. Pole mounts, parapet brackets, height work with proper PPE. Existing relationship with a managed video integrator is a plus.
UniFi Access, Brivo, Genea, Kantech. Door hardware, REX/REQ wiring, electric strike sizing, fire-egress coordination. Locksmithing background welcome.
Predictive surveys, passive on-site validation, AP-on-a-stick. Familiarity with Hamina, Ekahau, or equivalent. We provide the Foresight plan; you validate.
Conduit pulls, panel work, dedicated circuits for IDF/MDF rooms, UPS install, generator coordination. Licensed in NY, NJ, or CT.
