A short list, not a job board.
We work with engineers, installers, and field technicians across a range of engagement types — a one-day install crew, a multi-week remote-engineering stretch, a part-time arrangement, or a full-time role.
There is no fee to apply, no exclusivity, and nothing to sign at this stage. We review every submission ourselves. We follow up directly — not through an automated system, not through a recruiter.
What we look for: clean workmanship, the discipline to read a plan before cutting, the willingness to document what you did, and the honesty to flag what you don’t know. Brand certifications matter, but how you handle the last fifteen minutes of a job matters more.

We review.
A senior engineer reads every submission. From there we schedule a short call to talk through how you work, what you have actually built, and what rates look like for the engagement types you selected.

Engagement is in writing.
Roles can be per-project, part-time, or full-time. When we engage you, scope and terms are agreed in writing. You can pass on any individual opportunity.
